1986 to 1996 Employed at Healey & Baker In London. The scope of work during this period was as follows:

1986 to 1988
- Lease renewals and rent reviews of retail property for Landlords
- Leasing and selling shops

1988 to 1993
- Acquisition of shops for retailers in high streets and shopping centres
- Valuation of shop investments

1993 to 1996
- Shopping Centre Leasing
- Shopping Centre improvement and maximisation of income and performance
- Shopping centre Investment

1996 to 2000
I set up and managed the Healey & Baker office in Beirut

2000 – Until today
Michael Dunn & Co took over from H&B and became the associate office of Cushman and Wakefield Healey & Baker

2006

Amal has been with Michael Dunn & Co. since 2005, she specializes in retail agency, leasing consultancy and property
management for a number of clients, and has a BA in Business Marketing.
Amal lives in Beirut where she has indulges her appreciation for music, socializing, skiing and the sunshine.

Scope of work

• Leasing of retail property for Landlords.
• Leasing, lease renewals and rent reviews of office space for multinational firms.
• Setting up service charge system.
• Selecting operators (cleaning, security, maintenance and parking operator) for a property, agreeing the terms, preparing and executing the contracts.

• Preparing tenants’ handbook, shop-fitting guide and management regulations.
• Supervision of tenant coordinator and retailers during shop-fitting process.

Manal has been with Michael Dunn & Co. since 2006, her previous work experience was in Banking, statistics and marketing.
She has a BA in Business Marketing.
Manal now, plays an important role in the research department and accounting for property management.
Manal lives in Beirut where
she got married in 2008. She enjoys drama, music and writing.
